How to Connect Softr with Twilio
- In your Twilio Console, copy your Account SID, Auth Token, and the phone number you want to send messages from.
- Open your Softr app and go to Integrations → Twilio.
- Click Connect Twilio and paste in your Account SID, Auth Token, and sender phone number.
- Add a Send SMS action to a workflow and pick the trigger that should fire it — a form submission, record update, or scheduled run.
- Write your message and map fields from your Softr forms or records into the recipient number and message body.
- Save and activate your workflow.
