Form Block Overview

Using the Form block, you can get in touch with your users or collect information from them, which you can store in a data source, send somewhere else using Zapier/Make, or choose one of the other options that are available.

There are two contact form layouts with fixed fields and also the Customizable Form and Customizable Form with Labels layouts, which are fully customizable in terms of the number of fields and their types.

For all the form layouts, you can set a custom Title, Subtitle, and Background Image from the Features tab in block settings.
